IPS School 20 Birthday Parties

Remember how much fun you had at birthday parties as a kid? We want to share that excitement with some kids at IPS school 20. Once a month we will take a birthday party to the school's after school program. Earlier in January, about 10 adults and children from the Journey celebrated birthdays with snacks, a craft, and games. We had an awesome time laughing and playing together!

We meet at the school at 3:45 and leave around 5:20. We need both craft helpers and games helpers! School age children (and their parents) are welcome and will have a ball!

This ministry is funded by a creative ministry grant from the Southport United Methodist Church Endowment. These grants give financial assistance to SUMC and Journey members to start new ministries.
